These steaks come from cattle reared in the UK and EU and have been matured for a minimum of 21 days ensuing a rich, buttery cut.
Not to mention they boast an impressive nutrient profile with +29g protein per serving and less than 8% fat.
What's more, they're expertly sliced from the top end of the whole strip loin and hand trimmed of excess fat by our butchers just for you!
The result is a thick, juicy disc of lean and utterly tender beef that melts in the mouth.
Cooking Tip - Keep it simple and sear on both sides for 4-5 minutes (medium rare). Serve with collard greens for a simple meal that tastes anything but.

Storage and Prep
Heat a frying pan over a high heat for 2-3 minutes.
Place steak in the dry pan and cook over a high heat for 1 minute each side.
Reduce heat and continue to cook for a further 2 minutes each side (rare), 3 minutes each side (medium) or 4 minutes each side (well done).
Allow steak to rest before serving
