Our hache steaks are made from steak trim from UK and EU beef, giving you a lean, tasty and oh so meaty bite.
But, if you've never heard of them before, we bet you're wondering just what is a hache steak?
Well, quite simply, they're an oval patty of coarsley minced lean steak mince and a light sprinkle of seasoning.
A bit like a fancy burger (but don't tell the purists we said that...)
However, the best thing about these delights is their nutritional profile with a whopping 31g protein per serving! What's not to love?!
Cooking Tip - fry on high for 3-4 minutes each side, add a knob of butter if you like for extra flavour and cook through.
