The result? A truly magnificent bite that's rich in flavour, buttery in texture and a feast for the eyes as well as the stomach.

Tackle it alone (if you dare) or share with family and friends for a feast they'll never forget.

Cooking Tip - sear it and finish in the oven until the internal temperature reaches 54 - 60 C for medium rare.

Storage and Prep
Keep refrigerated and consume by the use-by date on the pack. Also suitable for home freezing. Ideally freeze on day of receipt and always before the use-by date shown. Defrost before cooking and once defrosted, consume within 24 hours.

Remove steaks from packaging and allow to rest for 10 minutes at room temperature before cooking.

Rub or brush steak with a little oil and season to taste.

Heat a frying pan over a high heat for 2-3 minutes.

Place steak in the dry pan and sear over a high heat for 5-6 minutes (rare), 6-7 minutes (medium) or 7-8 minutes (well done) each side.

Allow steak to rest for 3 minutes before serving.
