Storage and Prep
Keep chilled and consume by the use by date. Once open keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours.
Preheat the oven to 180°C / 160°C fan / gas 4.
Place your gammon on a roasting tray and put in the oven. Cook for 85 minutes.
Remove from the oven and cover. Rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
