Deliciously medium spiced, our Chicken Balti rice pot is brimming with the traditional flavours of a classic curry but healthier!
Made with tender pieces of chicken breast, diced red peppers, long-grain rice and topped with coriander for extra zing.
We reckon it tastes just as good as a real takeaway, but with 35g of protein, just 336 calories per portion and the fact it's low fat and salt - it's certainly a lot kinder on your macros.

Storage and Prep
Microwave only. Not suitable for oven cooking. Cook from chilled: 4 minutes (800W). Cook from frozen: 7 minutes (800W). Loosen lid. Heat on full power. Stir halfway then leave to stand for 1 minute after heating. Stir well before serving.
