Storage and Prep
Keep refrigerated and consume by the use-by date on the pack. Also suitable for home freezing. Ideally freeze on day of receipt and always before the use-by date shown. Defrost thoroughly before cooking. Once defrosted, consume within 24-hours.
Pre-heat the oven to 190C/ Fan 170C
Place Chicken Thighs on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 25-30 minutes or until juices run clear and no pink remains.

Storage
Keep refrigerated and consume by the use by date. Once open, consume within 24 hours. These have previously been frozen and defrosted under controlled conditions. Not suitable for refreezing.
Prep
Microwave: (5 minutes) Place pouch onto a microwave-safe plate and puncture several times. Heat for 5 minutes. Let rest for 1 minute before serving.
Boiling: (10 minutes) Place unopened pouch into a large pan of boiling water. Return to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer for 10 minutes (do not let the pain boil dry).
Oven: (20-25 minutes) Remove all packaging, and place ribs in an ovenproof dish. Place dish in the center of a pre-heated oven and cook for 20-25 minutes at 200C. Remove dish from oven and serve.
Warning: Use caution when opening this product after heating, escaping steam can cause burns!

Preheat the oven to 200°C / 180°C fan / gas 6.
Place on a baking tray and place in the oven. Cook for 18 - 22 minutes. Turn occasionaly. Ensure thoroughly cooked.
