Storage and Prep
Store cool, dry and out of reach of young children.
Add 30g (3/4 scoop) of NXT Beef Protein Isolate to 300ml of chilled water and shake well. As a protein supplement take 1 – 3 servings of NXT Beef Protein split throughout the day. On training days take 1 serving directly after exercise.
