Reared on select UK and EU farms, these fillets are meticulously hand trimmed of excess fat and inner fillet then marinated in our unique BBQ glaze.
The result? A lean and flavoursome cut you don't have to fuss over.
High in protein, low in fat, yet full of flavour and super juicy!
Cooking Tip - Oven bake and serve with sweet potato fries and veggies for a simple and wholesome dish.

Prep
Heat a frying pan over a high heat for 2-3 minutes.
Place steak in the dry pan and cook over a high heat for 1 minute each side.
Reduce heat and continue to cook for a further 2 minutes each side (rare), 3 minutes each side (medium) or 4 minutes each side (well done).
