Storage and Prep
Cook from chilled: 2 minutes 30 seconds (900W).
Cook from frozen: 4 minutes 30 seconds (900W).
Remove sleeve. Pierce film lid. Heat on full power. Halfway through cooking peel back film, stir thoroughly and replace film. Leave to stand for 1 minute after cooking. Stir well before serving. Not suitable for oven cooking.
