Storage and Prep

Keep refrigerated and consume by the use-by date on the pack. Also suitable for home freezing. Ideally freeze on day of receipt and always before the use-by date shown. Defrost thoroughly in the fridge before cooking and once defrosted, consume within 24-hours. Preheat the oven to 190°C / 170°C fan / gas 5. Place a on a baking tray and place in the oven. Cook for 20-22 minutes until piping hot throughout and the juices run clear.
