Preheat your oven to 220°C.
Place the flour, salt, olive oil, rosemary, yeast and pepper into the food processor and pulse until mixed well.
With the motor running, pour in the water slowly until the mix forms a dough – not too sticky but soft.
Tip onto a work surface and knead.
Now, halve the dough and roll each half onto lightly oiled baking sheets until nice and round.
Spread over the tomato topping and rest for about 15 minutes.
Bake for 12-15 until the dough is crisp. Remove from oven and top with all your favourite toppings!
