A new take on a family classic - this low fat sweet potato and turkey chilli recipe is so good, the whole family will come back for seconds! Made with lean turkey breast meat, an array of aromatic spices and a healthy dose of chilli for added oomph, this is one mind-week meal sure to become a regular in your meal prep rotation.

Put the onion in a pan over a low heat with a little oil and cook for 10 minutes or until the onion is nice and soft before adding the garlic, chilli or chilli flakes, thyme cumin, cayenne, paprika and cook for 1 further minute.
Take Tip in the chilli beans and sweet potatoes and stir everything together adding in 1 can of water too.
Now, turn the heat up a little and then pop a lid on it and cook for about 5 minutes, add the turkey season well with salt and pepper and cook for about 5-8 minutes or until the turkey is completely cooked through.
Whilst the chilli is on the go, cook your rice, quinoa or which every veg your like according to the cooking instructions and set aside.
Season the chilli to taste adding more cayenne, paprika and salt and pepper if it needs it and serve.
